Just the word “endure” sounds hard, right? That is why the word “patience” is needed. Miriam Webster defines endure as: “to remain firm under suffering or misfortune without yielding.”

Whoa there! Do you mean I may have to go through some stuff before I see promises come through for me? You may not like this answer, but in a word, “yes!”

No one enjoys tough times in their lives. But the truth of the matter is, they come to everyone, and sometimes they can be almost unbearable. This is where the importance of patience comes into play.

If we are patient, and don’t allow ourselves to be distracted by the circumstances surrounding the situation we are in but follow the examples of the those of strong faith…we can endure (remain firm without yielding).

I’m not saying it will necessarily be easy, but patience (tolerate without becoming angry) is what you need to see what you know is yours come through.

Hebrews 6:12 TPT

[12] So don't allow your hearts to grow dull or lose your enthusiasm, but follow the example of those who fully received what God has promised because of their strong faith and patient endurance. #paulaandthebible #helpforyourdailywalk
