When I was in 2nd grade, I hated being away from my family to be at school or even at Brownies. I would be in the classroom and start to cry, and my teacher (bless her heart) would allow me to go to see my sister who was upstairs in her sixth-grade class.

Linda would put her sweet arms around me and whisper in my ear “You are gonna be fine. Go back to your class and we’ll be together in a few hours. I love you and I’ll be right here.”

She was letting me know that I was not alone and letting me know she cared. I could go back to class reminded that everything was gonna be okay.

If you are feeling the stab of loneliness and are convinced you have no one who understands your situation, rest assured there are others that have faced this before you. They made it through to the other side of it (whatever it may be)

Take heart and allow Gods strength and love to surround you. Imagine His arms around you and hear His voice whisper, “I’m here and will be with you every step of the way. You are not alone. I love you!”

Joshua 1:9 NKJV

[9] …Be strong and of good courage; do not be afraid, nor be dismayed, for the LORD your God is with you wherever you go." #helpforyourdailywalk #paulaandthebible
