People of Light

When you think of “people of light”, what comes to mind? I think of folks I love to be around.
I think of people that exude love and compassion for others by just being themselves. The reason that it seems effortless, is because of the love of the Lord that so totally fills them. They leave no room for what the world tries to tempt them with.
They embrace “do not get weary in well-doing” so completely they “walk in the light as He is in the light”. Their life cannot help but shine differently in this dark world.
There are those around us that need that light. They need someone and something to guide them through the darkness that surrounds them. They are feeling their way through that dark tunnel and need to be encouraged by seeing a “light at the end of the tunnel”.
