It's a Heart Thing

You know marriage is not a 50/50 kind of relationship, right?

There are a lot of people that have been getting it all wrong. They think, “I’m doing my part (my 50), they need to do theirs!” What ends up happening in that kind of relationship is disappointment and resentment.

Don’t get me wrong, I’m not saying one person should do all the giving and the other do all the taking.

Try to outgive the other one and see what happens. Don’t keep score.

Let your mind remind your heart of all the ways you love this person. Remember why you fell for them in the first place.

In your relationship with your Heavenly Father…be conscious of how much He loves you and move your heart and life closer to Him. When you do that, He moves in closer, and I think you will see a difference in your earthly relationships too.
