Do It Afraid

When you are afraid in your life, you have to realize that fear is not from God. Don’t listen to the naysayers.

That is basically what Jesus was saying to Jairus when those around him were trying to convince him that his daughter was already dead and there was nothing, He (Jesus) could do. Fear had no place when Jairus had his trust in the right place.

When you face what seems like insurmountable situations believe God in the midst of your fear. Do whatever you are needing to do. And as you are “doing it afraid” allow your inner self to hear those words Jesus said to Jairus…” Don’t be afraid, just believe”! And know that if he can make alive someone already believed to be dead, He can absolutely help you.

Remember the words of the chorus, “I’m no longer a slave to fear, I am a child of God!”
