These words of a song by Reba Rambo says it all.

“I'll never understand why He saw a piece of clay and said, ‘I want it, I'll use it’

The greatest mystery is that somehow in spite of me, He said, ‘I'm gonna love you’

He took me in His arms, said, ‘This child belongs to me’

He placed me in His kingdom, now I live like royalty.

It's not because of what I am

Not because of what I've done

It's because of whose I am”

Now, accept that love and live like you believe how much He loves you. Have that uncommon faith that takes you through stuff. It is through the hard things that God’s strength shines right smack dab in the middle of it.

It wasn’t until Peter fixed his eyes on Jesus, and took that first step toward Him, that he was able to actually “walk on water”. He had total faith at that moment to do what seemed impossible. His faith wasn’t in his abilities, but in who he belonged to and the One right in front of him.

Take courage in knowing who you belong to and who has reign in your life. If your sights are not on Jesus, refocus and become the person of faith that carries you.

Matthew 14:28-29 NLT

[28] Then Peter called to him, "Lord, if it's really you, tell me to come to you, walking on the water." [29] "Yes, come," Jesus said. So Peter went over the side of the boat and walked on the water toward Jesus. #paulaandthebible #helpforyourdailywalk
