Wise Choices Calm Your Heart

Our entire life is made up of the choices we make. We choose to get up or stay in bed. We choose to eat healthy or unhealthy. We choose to stay broke or do something productive. We choose to have children and raise them right or have them with the morals of an ally cat. We choose to trust and believe what God tells us in the Bible is true or we ignore it and suffer the consequences.

When we choose to trust what God tells us is true and that He is faithful in those promises … His wisdom and understanding will fill our hearts with peace. There is a stillness that overtakes us. That verse, “be still and know that I am God” comes to the surface as we begin to feel that assurance in our hearts that, “everything is gonna be alright”.

Making wise choices that come from knowing the Lord and His wisdom, followed by trust in His Word is the key to the peace and joy your heart needs. Verse 11 … “Those wise choices will watch over you.”
