Whispers of a Pure Heart

Before you can feel confident in listening to the instincts of your heart, you need to know where that whisper is coming from.
Have you given your heart and your life to God? He knows your heart better than you even know it yourself. Allow Him to point out to you the things that need to be changed in order for you to be all you should be for Him.
As a child of God, the Holy Spirit is within you to be your guide to “all truth”. He doesn’t yell those truths at you. He guides you within your heart more like a whisper of gentle nudging and encouragement. But…you have to listen and be the one that follows. The Spirit will only guide with the words of wisdom from our Heavenly Father (John 16:13-15).
Psalm 139:23-24 NLT
[23] Search me, O God, and know my heart; test me and know my anxious thoughts. [24] Point out anything in me that offends you and lead me along the path of everlasting life.
