We Always Have the Victory

Being thankful during times of trials doesn’t always come easy, but it can. You are not thankful for the awful stuff you may be going through; you are thankful that you know you have victory over it. You may not see that “win” just yet, but it’s there.
In 2 Cor 2:14 we see how God ALWAYS causes us to triumph. “Now thanks be unto God, which always causes us to triumph in Christ”. There is more than a really good chance of victory when the words ALWAYS and TRIUMPH are used. Don’t ya think? Believe that and depend on it.
In today’s verse we are advised to be “strong and immovable”. We are to work enthusiastically for the Lord, knowing it is all worth it.
We don’t have to understand all the ins and outs of the victory we have in Jesus. We just trust that we do. We trust that we ALWAYS do. These words I pulled from the old hymn, “Victory in Jesus”
“And then I cried, "Dear Jesus, come and heal my broken spirit"
And somehow Jesus came and brought to me the victory” (and He ALWAYS will)
1 Corinthians 15:57-58 NLT
But thank God! He gives us victory over sin and death through our Lord Jesus Christ. [58] So, my dear brothers and sisters, be strong and immovable. Always work enthusiastically for the Lord, for you know that nothing you do for the Lord is ever useless. #paulaandthebible #helpforyourdailywalk
