Oh, my goodness!! Have you ever asked yourself, “why in the world did I do that?”

You are a Christian, yet you keep doing things that you know you shouldn’t do. It’s not as difficult as we make it out to be. You still have things that you have to deal with even though you’d rather not. Let me put it this way. If you are constantly having to deal with wanting to do the right thing but continue doing wrong…your mind needs an adjustment.

We should all daily renew our minds and fill it with Godly wisdom. You need to think on things that bring honor to God. You will still have attacks from the devil, but you have the power provided to help you.

You are not alone in this. Paul tells us in today’s verses, he dealt with this too.

Romans 7:19-20,23,25 NLT

[19] I want to do what is good, but I don't. I don't want to do what is wrong, but I do it anyway. [20] But if I do what I don't want to do, I am not really the one doing wrong; it is sin living in me that does it. [23] But there is another power within me that is at war with my mind. This power makes me a slave to the sin that is still within me. [25] Thank God! The answer is in Jesus Christ our Lord. So you see how it is: In my mind I really want to obey God's law, but because of my sinful nature I am a slave to sin. #paulaandthebible #helpforyourdailywalk
