Through Trouble

Oh, how important it is to read the 23rd Psalm with understanding. There is a reason it is read at the graveside of loved ones. It gives us comfort to know and understand the fact that we have something much bigger than ourselves to help us THROUGH this time of grief.

Maybe you are going through something right now that is such a valley in your life, it seems insurmountable. It may not be a death but could feel as lonely and heartbreaking as that type of loss. Please know you are not alone and that you can’t stay there. Go “through” it to the other side with the guidance of the good shepherd.

We all have a tendency to stay in sadness and disappointment way too long. I’m not saying you shouldn’t have those emotions. I’m saying, “don’t stay there”.

We have a comforter and guide who is ready to go through any troubles we may be facing with us. Don’t be stubborn, allow Him to help you through this time in your life.

Psalm 23:4 ERV

[4] Even if I walk through a valley as dark as the grave, I will not be afraid of any danger, because you are with me. Your rod and staff comfort me.
