Stand Firm

There is a reason that when building a home, you make sure the foundation is strong and secure. If you have a “shotty” foundation or a leaky basement…you’ve got problems.

The same is true for your life. If you have based your life only on what the world sees as successful, you are gonna have some major issues. You will have those “shotty” “fair weathered” friendships and a basement full of sinful skeletons.

When your foundation has God in the center, you will have the wisdom you need to succeed the right way. This will include the confidence to make good, solid decisions based on the security of knowing your foundation is in Him, not just from worldly possessions.

Once you’ve found your footing in God, do as the scripture tells us and Abe says, “stand firm!”
