Planning Ahead of Time

We have tornado weather in Missouri. When our phones go off alerting us of tornado warnings, we have a plan for getting our cats in their boxes and where we go. We can’t wait until a tornado is blowing outside to ask ourselves, “what should we do, where should we go?” We have to be ready ahead of time
I’m sure you have heard it said, “Don’t wait until you are thirsty to dig a well.” Do ya see how that could be a problem?
Let’s think about where you are right now in your life. Are you prepared for the unexpected? Have you dug your well so to speak?
I hear of layoffs, store closings and opportunities failing on a daily basis. If something like that were to happen in your own life, what’s the plan? Don’t let a tornado of life blow in without one. I am thankful that I had a plan that got me where I am during these crazy expensive times.
The most important plan of your life is where you will go when you take your last breath. Don’t think that just because you are not old and feeble, you still have all the time in the world to settle that matter. Believe in Jesus and what He did for you on the cross. Pray asking Him to be your Lord and Savior. Ask Him to take your life and do something with it. That’s an excellent plan right there.
Proverbs 16:3 GNT
[3] Ask the LORD to bless your plans, and you will be successful in carrying them out. #helpforyourdailywalk #paulaandthebible
