Patience in the Middle

Being patient when you know what you want and it’s not happening as quickly as you planned can be so hard and frustrating. This is the time to lean into that strength from the Lord.

The Lord is not sitting around waiting for you to fail. He desires for all of us to have the same grace and mercy and success in our lives. Remember the show, “Father Knows Best”? If not, that’s okay. Just look at the title. But I want to change it by saying “Our Heavenly Father Knows Best”.

Maybe you want to get to work on time, but the events of the morning are preventing that from happening. It could very well be God protecting you from being in the middle of something horrible. In times like these, let patience be at work and trust God in those events of your life.

When you are feeling as though you’ve put in the time and done the work, yet you are still lacking that level of success you anticipated…that’s where the “power twins” of faith and patience come into play.

Have faith that He is working all things to your good because you love and trust Him. Have patience in the middle of all that is going on and you will see Gods protection and guidance unfold.

Keep in mind that things will not always go as planned. Just continue to be patient and be okay…because God has got you. He will strengthen your heart.

Psalm 27:14 NKJV

[14] Wait on the LORD; Be of good courage, And He shall strengthen your heart; Wait, I say, on the LORD! #paulaandthebible #helpforyourdailywalk
