Oh No, She's Up

I want to be that person that when “my feet hit the floor in the morning, the devil says, ‘Oh no, she’s up!’” I want to be so strong in my faith, that no matter what he tries to throw my way he meets a wall that just knocks him for a loop.

The thing I had to realize is that the kind of strength and faith to thwart off any attack of the devil, doesn’t happen overnight. It is developed through hearing and applying the Word over and over again. It is developed by listening to those way smarter and know how to live by faith. It is applying what I know to be true and developing unstoppable spiritual momentum. As Jack Shoup says in his book, “Spiritual momentum enables the believer to push back and overcome every attack of the enemy”.

As you develop your faith, you will begin to notice how things start to change in your life. The things that used to trouble you, are now faced with a different kind of strength. You realize that you aren’t alone in your struggles. Your relationships change in a positive way, because you are beginning to understand how you should treat others. You are learning that God wants ALL to go well for you. This includes good health, good relationships and your financial needs met. As I’ve said before, there is nothing left out of the word “all”.

Don’t wait to develop your faith until you are in a hard spot. Get some momentum going today so that you just “bowl” over all the opposition. When your feet hit the floor each morning say, “not today devil, not today!” Then get that coffee and you and God plan your day.
