Yes, it’s a new year. Most have done that highly looked forward to “New Year’s Resolution”. More than likely it is things that you know, if you stick to them, will benefit your life in some way.

I know of no one that starts with the intent of NOT following through. They have high hopes that this is the year for them. They will do better and be better. You can!!!

It is something you have to want for yourself more than you want what is holding you back. The words, “I just can’t”, have got to be removed from your mind and mouth.

Instead of your typical lose weight and exercise goals (which are amazing), your resolution could be more of a relational one. If you are desiring to be a more understanding, loving, and kind person, you can do it. Maybe on the other side, you want to be less controlling and confrontational…you can do it.

Making the resolution statement is the first step in your new start and new you. Now it is time for the follow through.

Are you ready? Let’s do this thing.

Ezekiel 36:26 NLT

[26] And I will give you a new heart, and I will put a new spirit in you. I will take out your stony, stubborn heart and give you a tender, responsive heart. #paulaandthebible #helpforyourdailywalk
