Mission Possible

At the beginning of each episode of “Mission Impossible”, you would hear the words, “Your mission, if you choose to accept it.” Then there would be some type of “impossible” sounding mission to do.

What made that impossible mission possible? Their response.

Their belief they were up to the task. And they did their part to see it through.

When the angel came to Mary that day, she listened intently to the mission that was presented to her. In the passion translation Mary’s response was so good. “This is amazing! I will be a mother for the Lord!”

She said that she accepted whatever He had for her and that all would come to pass. Now that’s the way to respond to an angel sent from God. Once this happened, the mission that Mary chose to accept was put into action.

Whatever your mission in life may be, make sure it is from God. Then be willing as Mary was, to do what is asked of you to carry it out. This will be the deciding factor in impossible or possible missions.
