For those that have been Jesus followers for a long time…you should know what you have in Him.

If you are still praying, “God is good, God is great, let us thank Him for our food”, you are still on the ground level of your faith. That is an excellent prayer that we teach our children, but you, as an adult in the faith, are no longer in that category. Sure, we thank Him when we say that blessing over the food. And He, for sure, is great and good. But there is more you could be missing.

You should be bringing it all to Him. We have been taught and believe He is our High Priest who understands all of our weaknesses and temptations. He is ready to help in your good and bad times.

Not only that! There should be no timidity when you approach Him for His help. We come to Him “boldly”. Come to Him with belief and expectation. When we do, we access mercy and grace to help us in all of our needs.

Hebrews 4:16 KJV

[16] Let us therefore come boldly unto the throne of grace, that we may obtain mercy, and find grace to help in time of need. #paulaandthebible #helpforyourdailywalk
