Loving the Lord

When you have found something in your life that is good for you and you know it would be good for everyone to be aware of … first thought is to let them know about it. Why keep a good thing to yourself? They may or may not be receptive to it, but they should at the very least be given the information.
The peace and security that we have found in the love of the Lord Jesus is something worth sharing. We have the command to “love the Lord our God with all our heart, soul, and mind”. That covers pretty much every facet of our being. When we prioritize our love for the Lord in that way, it makes sense that we would have that peace and that security.
This is not the end of the story though. We are also supposed to “love our neighbor”. We should love them enough to give them the “downlow” on how the Lord has changed our life and our way of thinking … We are not selfish with information that can make their life better.
So … love God. Put Him first. Share that love with those YOU love and with all you meet.
