Love You to The Moon and Back

I thought of this phrase when posting the picture for our devotion today. We say this “to the moon and back” phrase or have seen it said by those trying to convey just how deep their love is for someone. Bobby and I change it up a little by replacing the word “back” with the word “beyond”. Kinda like “to infinity and beyond” from Toy Story. We love each other “to the moon and beyond.” That is a pretty big love right there.

Let’s focus on the kind of love that we find in God. His love is everlasting. His love is unfailing. His love protects. His love reaches the heavens. His love is faithful. His very definition is Love. “God is Love”.

Let me encourage everyone to stop looking at how you feel. Look at what you KNOW to be true. You may “feel” as though you are alone and unloved. The truth is you are NOT alone, and God loves you so much. Believe that precious truth and face your day with renewed assurance.
