Love Never Gives Up

Has there ever been a time in your life where you stumbled and messed up big time? Those are the times when you begin to feel unloved and dispensable to others. We know God loves us, but we’ve strayed so far from His perfect will for our lives, we are just downright sad and tired. If you have ever been down that road, you know what I’m talking about.

God is love and loves us with an “everlasting love”. It doesn’t give up on ANYONE. That includes you in your stubbornness OR you in your desire to be like Him. Are you loving others like that?

When you love someone (really love them like Jesus does) … you don’t give up on them. You supply grace when needed and pray without ceasing for them. If your relationship is only based on them “measuring-up” to your standards, then there is no other way to put it than, “you are in the wrong”! Is the measuring rod you are using leave room for total forgiveness?

We should never give up on others. We should love them the way Gos loves them. His love supplies trust, hope and the knowledge that there is “no room for quitting”.
