Living Picture of Jesus

Right before today’s verse where Jesus is praying, not just for His disciples, but to all who will believe … He makes us aware that things wouldn’t necessarily be easy, but there was always hope because of Him. He said, “I have told you all this so that you may have peace in me. Here on earth, you will have many trials and sorrows. But take heart, because I have overcome the world."
There are those around you that don’t know this peace in the middle of defeat and chaos. It is a difficult situation to be in, and they need to know this Jesus that you know. You may not have the opportunity to talk with each of them, but you can live your life in such a way that they see Jesus in you.
Be the hands and feet of Jesus. Give those you come in contact with a picture of kindness and love that Jesus placed in your heart when you believed. Remember, “With man this is impossible, but with God all things are possible.”
