Let Your Love Light Shine

Loving other people includes living your life in the Light of Jesus. When you know and do what’s right toward others, His love can’t help but shine through. When you don’t allow the dumb things of the world blind you into believing you have no responsibility toward the happiness of others, you are on the right track.

My mom and dad used to tell me that I “couldn’t go somewhere” or “do certain things” because of how that would influence other people. I really didn’t understand it then; I just wanted my way.

I have come to realize now that being a Christian means I “influence” others with how I live my life. I either love them enough to give them a solid “love filled”, “Light filled” example; or cause them to stumble around in this world confused.

Don’t be someone that only loves others with their words, but in reality sets a trap for them with how you treat them and your daily actions. Be a “lifter” and really love them both in “words and deeds”.
