Thinking about a situation and overthinking are two different things. The best way to mess up a good thing is to overthink it and bring chaos into a perfectly normal life.

When you humanly overthink, what once was peaceful is now worry and stress. That overthinking can cause anxiety that is not necessary. Instead of thinking and overthinking start “doing”.

Let me remind you that we are to pray. You want to feel wholeness and KNOW that you know things are coming together for your good. Pray to that end. Allow the Lord to calm you and get worry out of your life.

*Sidenote. You can never overthink God’s love for you and how He listens to your prayers.

Philippians 4:6-7 MSG

[6-7] Don't fret or worry. Instead of worrying, pray. Let petitions and praises shape your worries into prayers, letting God know your concerns. Before you know it, a sense of God's wholeness, everything coming together for good, will come and settle you down. It's wonderful what happens when Christ displaces worry at the center of your life. #helpforyourdailywalk #paulaandthebible
