Sometimes you just can’t avoid those lemons in life. But when they happen, you have to decide what you do with them. They can sour your day, or they can be used to make something special you wouldn’t have thought of without them. It is up to you to decide if you want to sweeten it up and go on or give up.

We need to all have daily affirming habits that we have established way before anything good or bad happens. We need to have nailed down the fact that we are never alone because our refuge and help comes from the Lord. He is there in the sour and sweet times and never changes.

We should have a routine that gives stability and helps our growth in all areas of our life. Being tired, sick, lazy or unmotivated can come from lack of good habits. The lemons will just add to your misery.

Make small adjustments to improve your life. It could be steps to eating better, improving sleep routine, stopping procrastination issues, being willing to learn something new or a multitude of other things.

Whatever is preventing you from having your best life, make those changes in your habits daily and see the difference. Those lemons will no longer catch you off guard. You will just deal with them and go on.

Galatians 6:9 NLT

[9] So let's not get tired of doing what is good. At just the right time we will reap a harvest of blessing if we don't give up. #paulaandthebible #helpforyourdailywalk
