It is Better to be Nice Than Nasty

We are so quick to judge others for what they’ve done wrong. Sure they messed up, and maybe in your estimation, they are reaping their just rewards. Does kicking them while they are down help them? You know the answer to that, right?

Look at the words in the first verse to a song that Glen Campbell sang a few years back.

“If you see your brother standing by the road

With a heavy load from the seeds he sowed

And if you see your sister falling by the way

Just stop and say, ‘You're going the wrong way’!”

Give others the help they are needing. Point them in the right direction. Don’t be a bitter, nasty person. Don’t talk about them or insinuate things behind their back. As that song says, “try a little kindness and shine your light for everyone to see.” Be forgiving just like you have been forgiven.

Be kind!!!

Ephesians 4:31-32 NLT

[31] Get rid of all bitterness, rage, anger, harsh words, and slander, as well as all types of evil behavior. [32] Instead, be kind to each other, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, just as God through Christ has forgiven you. #helpforyourdailywalk #paulaandthebible
