Just a simple post today to remind you to love on your momma.

We all have one, and we all could learn a thing or two from them. Mine passed in 2013 and I know she gave that role all she had. She made mistakes along the way, but really did want us to grow up safe and strong. She was definitely not lazy and spoke from the context of experience. She lit up when any of her kids called her or visited her. She enjoyed a good hug and conversation.

Be available to your mom. Call her and hug her, even if it is a virtual hug. I still miss picking up the phone and talking to mine. Maybe you are there too. If you aren’t, take those opportunities to be there for your mom. It may mean that you have to “make” opportunities. It may not seem important to you, but to your mom it means a great deal.

Proverbs 31:26-28 NLT

[26] When she speaks, her words are wise, and she gives instructions with kindness. [27] She carefully watches everything in her household and suffers nothing from laziness. [28] Her children stand and bless her. Her husband praises her: #helpforyourdailywalk #paulaandthebible
