Heart Reflections

Our actions reflect what is in our hearts. It is too difficult to consistently hide your heart (who someone really is) when there is something other than what is portrayed lurking there. At some point it comes to the surface.

The trick is to allow God to correct what is causing you to have a heart that is not pleasing to Him or pleasant to others. If you are a follower of Christ, then be that in every way. You don’t have to “fake it til you make it”! You allow the fruit of the Spirit to abide and grow within you.

Do a check up on how you treat friends and family. If your actions are reflecting what is in your heart, what are they saying about you?

Read and reread our scripture today and truly mean the words you are saying. God is willing and able to course correct and point you in the right direction.

Psalm 139:23-24 NLT

[23] Search me, O God, and know my heart; test me and know my anxious thoughts. [24] Point out anything in me that offends you, and lead me along the path of everlasting life. #paulaandthebible #helpforyourdailywalk
