Not everyone around you have figured out how to be strong. Many are seriously struggling.

We need to pray that we become aware of those needing our friendship and understanding. Just because we are in a good place, doesn’t mean we should be blind to what’s going on with our friends and family.

We don’t want to BECOME their rock; we want to help them come to an understanding where their real help comes from and how to access that help.

They may “feel” as though everything in their life is sinking. Help them see the blessings and not just what’s going wrong. Their perception is the main thing that places them in a spot that seems unbearable.

Give them tools that you have had to use in your own life, such as the words below show…

“When the Earth all around me is sinking sand

On Christ, the solid rock I stand

When I need a shelter, when I need a friend

I go to the rock”

Christ is the stability everyone needs.

Psalm 18:1-2 NLT

[1] I love you, LORD; you are my strength. [2] The LORD is my rock, my fortress, and my savior; my God is my rock, in whom I find protection. He is my shield, the power that saves me, and my place of safety. #helpforyourdailywalk #paulaandthebible
