I asked google this morning to define hope…

“Hope is the feeling of desire for a positive outcome and confidence in its fulfillment, but it can also refer to the grounds for that feeling, a person or thing that inspires hope, or the act of desiring something.”

All of that is really good, but let’s break it down to “Paula and Romans way of saying it”.

When we have hope in our lives, it is the kind of hope that never disappoints because it comes from knowing just how much God loves us. We have that same love in our hearts by knowing Him and the Holy Spirit bears witness to that. We are content within that love and share that hope and love with everyone by the way we love them. As I heard someone say recently, “It’s all about the love!”

Having that kind of hope gives us the endurance we need to “keep on keeping on” and fuels our days with His love.

Romans 5:5 NLT

[5] And this hope will not lead to disappointment. For we know how dearly God loves us, because he has given us the Holy Spirit to fill our hearts with his love. #paulaandthebible #helpforyourdailywalk
