We talked about those “suddenly” moments the other day. Today I want to talk about the opposite of suddenly. Those times in our life where we have to learn how to endure until our suddenly happens.

Do we sit around and mope during the wait? Goodness no! The strength that comes from being totally reliant on Jesus helps you through those tough times.

Had I given up while I was lost in my Nashville commute that day, I would still be on the side of the road crying. Instead, I was able to experience joy in the wait.

I prayed and called my hubby, Bobby, and he helped me navigate where I was. He even offered to come and try to find me. That brought me joy in the midst of the lost place I found myself in.

With God’s help, I found my way that day and many other days found joy in the middle of hard things. God helps you do those hard things if you ask. He wants us to have all that He has to make our journey bright and beautiful.

Colossians 1:11-12 MSG

[11-12] It is strength that endures the unendurable and spills over into joy, thanking the Father who makes us strong enough to take part in everything bright and beautiful that he has for us. #paulaandthebible #helpforyourdailywalk
