Fasten Your Seatbelt

Of course, it is the law that you “buckle up” when driving a vehicle, right? But there was a day when that wasn’t the case. Someone would say, “fasten your seatbelt”, because the driver was emphasizing that everyone in the car was in for a “wild ride” of some sort.

I think it is wild how God is wanting to bless each of us in our lives, yet we refuse to see it. Why can’t we realize He is the giver of every good blessing? Maybe for whatever reason we feel unworthy somehow. But look at today’s verses. As you give with a generous and happy heart to others (not just money), you are sowing into their lives. This comes back to you in a generous way. In return you receive all you need and then some.

This will begin a cycle of “good” in your life and in the lives of those around you. You give … You are blessed … others are blessed … they bless others … everyone is thankful to God.

Begin this cycle of good and buckle your seatbelt for a wild ride of blessings galore.

2 Corinthians 9:8,11 NLT

And God will generously provide all you need. Then you will always have everything you need and plenty left over to share with others. [11] Yes, you will be enriched in every way so that you can always be generous. And when we take your gifts to those who need them, they will thank God. #paulaandthebible #helpforyourdailywalk
