Today’s verse is really a testament of what is going on in our world today. There are so many divisions that are trying to tear us apart. Our morals have been totally turned upside down. There are those that call evil good and will try to convince you of it. Nothing good can come of that. You have to resist the temptation to fall for lies that are perpetrated and do your own due diligence in researching what is true and right.

Test everything against the backdrop of scripture. If the Bible says it’s wrong, it’s wrong.

Jesus had been casting out demons. There were those that tried to convince those present that Jesus got His power from Satan. (Sounds familiar with what the media tries to do today.) They were sowing discord, yet…Jesus knew their thoughts. He spoke to the situation.

A house divided cannot stand. We are so divided in our thinking and actions in our country. May our reaction be as Jesus. As we answer those that are intentionally trying to divide us, let’s do it with honesty and sincerity. We can’t get in that same rabbit hole with them. We know the truth, let Him light your way. Don’t allow the devil to use you.

Luke 11:17 NKJV

[17] But He, knowing their thoughts, said to them: "Every kingdom divided against itself is brought to desolation, and a house divided against a house falls. #helpforyourdailywalk #paulaandthebible
