Center of Your Home

Are things amiss in your home? Do you wish you could have even one day of peace? What if I said, “Put God at the center of your home, and everything else will fall in place!” You could have an abundance of peaceful days. Would you give it a try?

It all starts with your relationship with God and the rest flows out of that relationship. Happiness and peace have to begin there.

The question is posed to us in the Bible (paraphrased), “How can you say you love God who you haven’t seen with your eyes and then show no love to your brother (or mother or father or spouse or kids) who you see all the time?”

Extending love to those in your family is the connecting factor in a happy and healthy home. Gods' kind of love. When He is placed in His rightful place of “center”, that love flows out of you and on to all those you are blessed to have in your life.

Choose this kind of life today and keep serving Him, loving Him and really loving those in your home.

You have the choice…what will you do? Don’t be a “stubborn ole cuss”. Be a loving “God follower” and make that house a home…a home that has God in the very center. Look out! You will start to have a sense of peace start to sneak in there and become a natural occurrence. How cool would that be?
