Why the Confusion?

Are you able to make a decision and stick to it? Do you “straddle the fence” and never even make a definitive decision? Are you wanting to do amazing things, but never seem to get them done? On the one hand, you want to do these wonderful things, but then on the other hand, it’s more work than you want to put out.

These are just a few examples of being divided within yourself. You have to get in the driver’s seat, pull yourself out of that “neutral” position and put ‘er in drive before you can actually see anything change in your surroundings. You make the decision to “go” and take the steps to make it happen.

I’m not saying that you do it all on your own. This is too important for you to “do it like the world”. You have help available, and it is the main thing to keep you on the right road to success.

It is your faith in God. But that faith cannot waver like your “decision-making”. If you believe that God can help you and then you decide you know better than him, you will continue to be unstable in pretty much everything.

Don’t get tossed around by the worlds way of thinking and doing. Believe in yourself the way God believes in you. Have the God kind of faith. The kind that gives you courage and not confusion.

James 1:6,8 NLT

[6] But when you ask him, be sure that your faith is in God alone. Do not waver, for a person with divided loyalty is as unsettled as a wave of the sea that is blown and tossed by the wind. [8] Their loyalty is divided between God and the world, and they are unstable in everything they do. #paulaandthebible #helpforyourdailywalk
