The Good, The Bad, and The Ugly

There are good people out there amongst the not so good. There are bad folks that will try to bring you down to their level. They will treat you ugly and mean. So what?

That is their choice, and you too have a choice. You can either accept that treatment and become like them, or you can choose to go ahead and be the kind beautiful person you were created to be. You can pray for them and, if given the opportunity, be kinder than anyone has ever been to them. Today’s scripture and the verses before it in Romans 12 tell us to conquer evil with good.

I love the statement, “Bloom where you are planted, regardless of the garden!” No matter where you find yourself…bloom there. Be “Jesus” in a devil’s world. Even if there is evil all around you, taunting everything you believe in, conquer it with prayer and the Word.
