Opinions

We all have opinions. Just because you have an opinion, doesn’t mean it is right. By definition your opinion is just “a view or judgment formed about something, not necessarily based on fact or knowledge.” Boy, do we ever have a ton of that floating around out there nowadays! All opinion and no fact!
So where in the world should we get our help and guidance in making the right decisions? Who can we trust to give us the facts? If all you are hearing is others unfounded opinions, you more than likely will move in the wrong direction.
Today’s scripture tells us it is better to be in God’s presence than it is to be anywhere else. It is in His presence where you receive the right guidance. He is our sun and shield. It is in His presence that we receive grace and all good things. He gives us understanding of what is right.
Stop listening to the wrong people’s opinions (not based on knowledge or fact), and begin to spend time with the One with the true facts. It is better to spend one day with Him than a thousand with a wicked opinionated man or woman (no matter how smart they seem to be).
Psalm 84:10-11 NLT
[10] A single day in your courts is better than a thousand anywhere else! I would rather be a gatekeeper in the house of my God than live the good life in the homes of the wicked. [11] For the LORD God is our sun and our shield. He gives us grace and glory. The LORD will withhold no good thing from those who do what is right. #paulaandthebible #helpforyourdailywalk
