Have you ever bought a new journal, opened it up and was so excited to fill up your first empty page?

Every day when you begin to write another entry, the page is empty until you fill it. It’s like a new beginning each day. Will you fill it with all your mistakes, or will you fill it with your successes (no matter how big or small they happen to be)?

I want to encourage you today to look at your life that way. It is a new day, and if you allow Him to, God has something “new” for you. The past stays there. He tells us, “Don’t remember what happened earlier” “don’t even think about the mistakes of the past”. (I will add here from me, learn from your past, but don’t dwell on it).

He wants us to grow in our knowledge of Him and all that He would love to do for us. He wants to “make a way, where there is no way!”

Fill each empty page of your day with things that don’t condemn you, things that encourage you and things that nurture your soul.

Isaiah 43:18-19 ERV

[18] So don't remember what happened in earlier times. Don't think about what happened a long time ago, [19] because I am doing something new! Now you will grow like a new plant. Surely you know this is true. I will even make a road in the desert, and rivers will flow through that dry land.
