Making amends for past wrongs can be very difficult and sometimes painful. We have to come to a place where the restoration of this relationship is more important than the comfort of doing nothing.

Just because you feel as though you have tried, doesn’t mean that you shouldn’t try again. Making amends is more than just apologizing. It is doing something that shows your remorse for whatever has transpired. The end result is to repair the damage done to the relationship and go from there.

Are you wanting mercy in your life? Extend mercy and quit trying to live a double life. Make amends for your wrongdoing by doing something that shows you care and want things right.

Proverbs 28:13 ERV

[13] Whoever hides their sins will not be successful, but whoever confesses their sins and stops doing wrong will receive mercy. #paulaandthebible #helpforyourdailywalk
